Property Preservation

At REO Asset Preservation, our objective is to help our clients secure, repair and maintain their properties while keeping their carrying cost down. We also analyse and recommend minimal improvements to a property to shorten the time frame for its resale. Most services are completed withing 48 hrs and include before and after photos.

Locksmith

Re-keying existing locks on front and rear access doors. One per lock. Typical time frame is less than 48 hrs.

Eviction

Removal of personal property in accordance with state and local laws. If needed, personal property will be documented and stored. Notifications will be sent to client's attorney 

Trash Out/Debris Removal

Complete trash and debris removal as directed by the client. Typical time frame is less than 48 hrs. Additional time may be required for excessive debris.

Boarding and Securing

When requested by clients or when vandalism occurs. All boarding is done to HUD Standards. Timeframe is less than 48 hrs.

Lawn and Pool Maintenance

Lawn and pool services are provided in conjunction with and after services are completed.

Remodeling and Repair

All remodeling is done in accordance with local building codes under permit and by licensed and insured contractors. Minor repair work is done to client specifications.
