At REO Asset Preservation our objective is to help our clients secure, repair, and maintain their
properties while keeping their carrying cost down. We also analyze and recommend minimal improvements to a property to shorten
the time for its resale. Most services are completed within 48 hrs and include before and after photos.

Locksmith
Re-keying existing locks on front and rear access door. One Lock per door. Typical time frame is less
than 48hrs.
Trash Out/Debris Removal
Complete
trash and debris removal as directed by the client. Typical time frame is less than 48hrs. Additional time may be required
for excessive debris.
Boarding/Securing
When requested by clients, or when vandalism occurs. Typical time frame is less than 48hrs
Remodeling and Repair
All
remodeling is done in accordance with local building codes under permit and by licensed and insured contractors. Minor repair
work is done to client specifications.
Evictions
Removal of personal property in accordance with state and local laws.
If needed, personal property will be documented and stored. Notifications will be sent to client’s attorney.

care provided in conjunction with and after services are completed
Inspections
Drive by inspection is provided to determine occupancy within 24 hrs. BPO by licensed
agent also available upon request.
